Refund Policy

You can request a return by contacting us at returnsvelvette@gmail.com within 30 days after you receive your order.

Return request

Please provide the following information in your email:

  • Order number

  • Full name

  • Email address

  • Name of the item(s) being returned

  • Reason for return

  • Pictures of the item(s)

We will process your request within 2 business days and send you return instructions if approved.


Return shipping

  • Return shipping is paid by the customer.

  • We do not offer return labels.

  • Please use a shipping provider with tracking .

Velvetté is not responsible for customs fees, taxes or lost/stolen shipments.
We are also not responsible for incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.


Conditions

Goods must be unused , in original condition , with original packaging and all tags attached .
Items that have been used, washed or altered will not be accepted for refund.

Returns that do not meet these requirements may be returned at the customer's own expense .


Exceptions

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Sale items

  • Gift card

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Personal care products

  • Hazardous or flammable materials


Refund

You can choose to refund via:

  • Credit card (valid for 12 months)

  • Original payment method

The refund will be initiated within 2 business days after the returned item is received.
Depending on your bank, it may take up to 7 business days for the amount to appear in your account.
