📦 When will my order be shipped?

Orders at Velvetté are usually processed and shipped within 2 business days.
During busy periods and public holidays, processing times may vary slightly.


🚚 Are there shipping costs?

No. Shipping is always free, regardless of order size.


🔁 Can I return an order?

Yes. You can return your order within 14 days, as long as the item is unused and in its original packaging.

Once we have received and approved your return, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days using the same payment method that was used for the purchase.
